2. Return Eligibility
Custom Items:
As all our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or there was an error in customization.
Non-Custom Items:
For non-customized items (such as accessories or bulk orders), returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
T-Shirts:
- If the T-shirt tag is removed, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please ensure you are satisfied with the design and size before removing the tag.
Digital Products (Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable):
- All digital products (such as digital design files, eBooks, or downloadable artwork) are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service Team at support@qiktees.com or through our website.
- Provide your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will respond with return instructions or process a refund if applicable.
4. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- If a refund is not possible, we will provide store credit for the value of the product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
7. Exceptions
- Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- T-shirt tag removal: Once the tag is removed, the item is not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and quality reasons.
